Organizational Translation

I've been in every room — the loading dock, the call center, the planning floor, the boardroom. I speak every register. I know what a VP is worried about and what the person doing the actual work needs, and I can hold both without losing either. That's rare. Most people speak one language.

Operational Resilience

I find the leverage points. Not the obvious ones — the places where a carefully applied change produces durable results at scale. A two-week year-end inventory audit became an 8-hour operation. A supplier's copper foundry eliminated overtime for our line because our predictability became that reliable. I don't fix symptoms. I find where the system is brittle and make it strong.

Systems Architecture

I build things that run without me once they're set. Operational systems, knowledge systems, planning frameworks, data pipelines. The architecture matters more than the initial execution — if it requires my constant presence to hold together, I haven't finished the job.

Ground-Truth Intelligence

Every recommendation I make is backed by having done the work at some level. I don't advise from theory. I've carried the box, run the numbers, answered the call, planned the route. That's the credential I trust — and the one I think you should too.

I'm an INTJ. I am thorough before I am fast. I will ask questions that seem obvious because the obvious questions are often the ones nobody has answered clearly. I probe systems — technical, organizational, human — to find where they're fragile before I commit to a direction.


I will care about your organization the way I care about the communities I've served at every level. I will listen before I act. I will treat what you've built with the same seriousness you do. And I will tell you what I actually think — not what I think you want to hear.
