Ground truth at every level. That's the only credential I trust.
I'm not a specialist. I'm someone who has deliberately placed himself inside every layer of how organizations actually function — service floor, planning desk, call center, financial model, supply chain helm, production floor, driver's seat — to understand what's real before I build anything.
I'm an introvert who listens before acting. A systems thinker who probes for where things break — not to destroy, but to understand. A practical tinkerer who loves the beauty in what other people build from scratch: the custom car, the hand-coded system, the machine that shouldn't work but does.
I love knowledge because I know how much I don't know. I look for accelerants — the leverage points where a small, well-placed force produces something durable at scale. What I build holds, because I've seen what breaks.
